More T Vicar

When Sally from Louder Than Silence contacted me about the t-shirt retailer More T Vicar, my virtual ears pricked up. I am a bonfide t-shirt girl at heart - frills and frocks aside, there ain't nothing more comfortable than a vintage inspired band tee. Bloggers can pretend they wear scalloped shorts and sheer shirts every day of the week, but be honest, what about the real clothes for real jobs? For scrubbing the sink, cleaning the kitchen or just revising? (Can you tell I've been making my student house spick and span this weekend). More T Vicar stocks a variety of band, sitcom and cartoon inspired t-shirts, and many of them are far too nice to simply wear doing the DIY. This one in particular immediately caught my eye...

With denim shorts and a cropped blazer, I have already worn this twice running errands around town, popping to the shops and just simply chilling in the sunshine. It has visited the Botanical gardens, it's been worn nursing a hangover eating fish and chips. Pretty much a t-shirt for all occasions.

This one in particular is boy fit, and for a tenner in the sale it's really a bargain too. Here are a selection of other tees which caught my eye... which one is your favourite?

Once again, a big thank you to Sally for thinking of me in this instance!
You have me worked out to a t, as it were :)

  8. That t-shirt is amazing. It's true: us bloggers do prefer jeans and t-shirts to dresses and heels.
The whole collection looks so fun and unique.

  12. Yay for T-shirts! Primark men's dept have great ones, even though the seams go a bit strange when you put them in the washing machine :s The zombie killing shirt is just lovely though!
I know what you mean about bloggers seeming to wear nice, fancy clothes everyday! I almost posted an outfit post of what I was wearing yesterday to scrub my flat until my flatmate told me I looked like a juvenile lumberjack.
By the way, did you ever get that parcel I sent you? I sent my pal one on the same day I posted yours and he never received it so I thought I'd better follow up on yours!

  13. You're absolutely right about clothes for real jobs...I end up wearing a t-shirt or something simple most of the time. Love your choice from the website & how you've layered it up with a blazer :)

T shirts look awful on me but I usually cut the neck line out and wear them off the shoulder or tuck them into a skirt xx
