Good Hunting 3#

I know I'm definitely not the only one who's addicted to eBay (back me up someone, please) , and it's rare a day goes by without checking my saved searches. There are always 10 or so things I've got my eyes especially peeled for, and here are a few....

1. Leather rucksack Since the death of my canvas back pack at Glastonbury (RIP), I've had a an eye semi-open on getting another one for termtime. I'm guilty of relying on the shoulder bag to the point where I've developed a hunch on one side, attractive, so my logic works in that a leather number might just last me longer, will survive the temperamental Northern weather, and look pretty good to boot.

2. Bow ties I'm telling you, they're cool. I remember Gem rocked this look on the Brum Blogger Meet night out. To clash with your shirt or not to clash? That is the only question. Oh and size too. I like the sound of the mini ones, or a double bow as on the left. Niiiiice.

3. Antique Jewellery Boxes Originally I was on the look out for a display case for my rings, I've got quite a collection which is growing by the week, but then the more I looked the more I found these lovely antique boxes. Aren't they gorgeous? And perhaps each ring does deserve it's little space of their own, they all have stories and origins of their own after all.

This blog post has taken me days to write. I keep coming back to it and wandering away again....

However. There's a vague taylored, functional theme to my list at the moment, perhaps because I'm starting to get back into the conscientious university student mentality in the run up to term starting again? ..... Naaaah. Of course, the realistic accumulation of these is pretty low, but come September (hello student loan) and maybe I'll have more of a chance.
So what's on your daily watch list? xox

  3. I love a good Ebay hunt but try not to look everyday for fear that that's a little dangerous...

  10. Now don't fall over in shock or anything but I have *whispers* no saved searches. I go in fits and starts with ebay - when I've got money and am in the mood to browse then I'll stalk Irregular Choice shoes somewhat obsessively but nothing depresses me more than seeing amazing things pop up when I'm skint. I'd rather just not know!

  13. army surplus stores have cool backpacks. Primark has a nice floral cord one at the moment but it might be too girly and kitsch for your tastes. I will keep my eye out for one for you xx
