Dahlia LOVE

"Hi, I'm Claire and I am completely unashamed that I have developed a severe addiction to Dahlia dresses."

But when faced with a selection of absolutely beautiful dresses, who could blame me? I'm a sucker for anything remotely chiffon or with vintage appeal. I eventually settled for the 'Tasha' dress, because even though I was very close to picking the 'Annabelle' dress (how cute is that collar), I've never had much luck with yellow. Crazy patterns tend to be pretty forgiving too if you're having a fancie-cupcake-too-many day *ahem today*.

This little number is absolutely beautiful. I tried it on this morning expecting to take a couple of snaps and then to save it for a special occasion, only to find myself inexplicably unable to take it off. I'm still wearing it now, curled up on the sofa trying to avoid spilling strawberry icecream down it. It's beautifully cut with a nipped in elasticated waist, bow detail at the neck and floaty sleeves. I thought about how to style it but in all honesty, I think it's lovely enough to speak for itself.

I dare you not to find something on here you like. It's the sort of brand I can imagine Sally from Louder Than Silence loving - that girly, romantic yet individual sort of brand which can tick the trend box as well as offering something a little more timeless. Any company which has it's roots in Spitalfields market gets the thumbs up from me. What's your favourite Dahlia dress? xox

  8. I love Dahlia, their dresses are so unique. If I'm honest I always keep a lookout on eBay for them because they are a bit more than I would usually spend on a dress full price (funnily enough I bought one from eBay yesterday for £2.20!) I love that Georgia dress too, I love white and navy together as it feels very sailor-y!

  10. Hehee, I've been having a few of those cupcakey days lately. It's a calling I just can't ignore! But that's certainly not the only reason this dress is amazing - it looks beautiful Claire, and I love the pattern. Like a non-conformist polka dot....COOL. :) x

  13. Oh my goodness I spend ages on Dahlia, it's actually ridiculous I think I've clicked and stared at every dress as least 5 times :P I love the Tallulah Mustard Layered Collar Tea Dress and Mollie Floral Panel Contrast Dress most I think. It's hard though they are ALL so beautiful!

  18. Ooh, gorgeous! I just bought a dress yesterday and was one click away from buying the same one in a different colour this morning.
Then I thought, "no, Selise, remember that budget thing you do?" So now I have to wait until next week.
    Sigh.
