I kiss you once or twice, and everything's forgotten

Morning everyone! Today I'm heading down to London for the #nextlockin but I thought I'd post a sneaky outfit snap before I go.

Disco pants (2)

This has to be one of the comfiest outfits I own right now. Glamorous seem to be the most popular choice for affordable disco pants, and considering the quality, I'm certainly not surprised. I was kindly gifted this pair to review and can safely say that contrary to popular belief, disco pants are pretty cosy, despite acting like a vacuum for your thighs. I certainly felt very svelte in them!

Because they've got pockets on the bum, you're not automatically registered to the VPL club, which so often happens to girls I see everywhere wearing leggings as trousers. I'm not entirely convinced by the trend of baring your midriff either so I opted for a tucked-in approach with my trusty creepers (still hunting for the perfect pair of hi-tops) and my shirt of the moment, with DUCKS ON.

This week I'm hunting for the perfect graduation dress! Any suggestions or annecdotes of where to (or where not to) shop from all you grads out there?

  1. Ooh, I do want a pair now! Your styling is just up my street.
And graduation dress.. I actually bought a lovely dress from Matalan with the hope that no one else would have it and it all worked out perfectly :) I imagine Topshop is a big no-no!

  2. Noce brick wall, CR ;) You look amazing in these, I'm a little scared (i.e. terrified) to try out the trend myself, so will be leaving this to those with amazing pins, like yourself! Enjoy the lock-in, and take lots of photos! xxx

  3. You look amazing in these! I've got my eye on the pewter ones, I've heard such good things about the glamorous dupes. I got my graduation dress from Next, it's quite good if you're looking for something a bit smarter xx

  4. you certainly look pretty snazzy in these, and having pockets is definitely a plus, I hate the skin tight leggings look without them! xxx

  5. They look amazing on you, I've the Glamorous ones too. I love them! Love your shirt

  9. I'm not a fan of disco pants myself but you look fantastic, and I love that shirt!

  10. Your outfit does look super comfortable! Though I don't think I could quite pull off the disco pants! I'd suggest TK Maxx for looking for a graduation dress, they do so many different kinds that you'll most likely end up with one that no one else has!
