We just lit the fire and now you want to put it out

Hello everyone! Right now I'm sat in my room at the top of Steep Hill looking out at the beautiful view and hunting for new music online. I've managed to bag tickets to the 2013 NME tour which, back in 2005, was the first gig I ever went to. It was an exciting time because it kind of felt like along with discovering my musical tastes in those days, it felt like I was discovering me, too, really. Django Django and Peace are playing this tour, and if you haven't heard of them, click their names for my fave tracks on youtube.

Brand VillageBrand Village
Wool scarf - eBay
Wool blazer - Dorothy Perkins
Cream jumper - Primark
Pleated dress - New Look
Chelsea boots - Schuh
Leopard print bag - c/o Brand Village

Today's post is me freezing my ass off trying to keep cosy, and I wanted to show off my lovely new leopard print bag is Brand Village. I'm a massive leopard print fan, but it has to be the right sort of print. I think it's got the tendency to look a bit too much, a bit trashy, but this is perfect.

Hope you're all keeping warm this chilly Sunday! I fancy doing some baking...

  4. I'm so bloody excited to see Miles Kane. 2005 was the bets year ever in my opinion. I'm not a huge fan of any of the bands now (apart from The Futureheads) but it was so 2005 and of its time. I loved 2003-8 lots of good British music at that point xx
