Girls Aloud - the last ever tour

Last week my lovely Mum surprised me with two tickets to go and see Girls Aloud on their Ten tour in Nottingham, which unbeknown to us would turn out to be the second to last gig they would ever play! I probably don't strike most people as a pop, girl band anorak, but Girls Aloud are my guilty pleasure. Even if you don't really care either way - you can't deny they've come out with some top tunes over the past decade!

The girls looked INCREDIBLE. So happy in their own skin, so comfortable together and incredibly hot. When we walked out my Mum's only words were, "Well, I have never seen quite so much thrusting!" haha! You'd usually find me in a grotty indie bar, but it was great to hang out with Mum, and I'm so glad I saw them before they called it a day. What are your guilty pleasures?

  1. I've never heard of them before! Pop isn't usually my thing but perhaps I'll check them out!

  3. I bloody love Nicola, look at her!! So gorgeous and she has the best accent too. Her solo album was pretty decent too. My guilty pleasure is a bit of Britney or Marina and the Diamonds. I love a crazy pop star or someone with a huge ego xx

  4. Looks like a great night! Actually gutted I didn't get to see them on this tour now that they've split. I'll have to have a bop around my room to their hits instead.

  8. I've been to every Girls Aloud tour - usually Nottingham Arena, but missed out of this! Was slightly gutted! Your photos are excellent though - the outfits look amazing :-) Girls Aloud are my guilty pleasure too - the only pop band I like.

  9. I love a bit of cheesy pop music, despite being a rock girl at heart. I think it's nostalgia from my childhood days of listening to the Spice Girls.
