I never, ever wear bodycon dresses, as I've always thought they highlight the bits you would never want to draw attention to (hello cake baby), so this jersey maxi from She Likes is quite a step away from my usual style. When I was contacted by Etail to try a piece from their SS13 collection, however, I loved the print on this dress right away. It's long sleeved, which is a bonus for these chilly mornings, and though the photographs don't do the colour justice, it's pretty neon! My DMs stop it from looking too girly, and I've been a little more experimental with my day makeup since my more! shoot, so I finished it off with a pink lippie by Models Own.

These are my new prescription glasses that I instagrammed last week, I had so much love for two tone colouring I wanted to blog about them right away. They are result of the glasses direct trial I took part in last week. Despite only needing glasses since six months ago or so, I've become really obsessed with stylish spectacles and blogs that show these off perfectly (Jen I'm looking at you!). Glasses direct offer a home trial service, so you can pick four styles, try them at home, pose in front of your own mirror, and then send them back - completely free of charge. It definitely took the stress out of glasses shopping, I always feel awkward and a little pressured by sales assistants in specsavers! Anyway - I picked these Cosmopolitan glasses out of my bunch of four. I love the idea of oversized frames but the ombré style kind of tones it down a bit I think. What do you reckon?
OH! Before I forget, I've been meaning to post about this all week, I'm entering the Company style blog awards, so if you could spare 2 seconds I would really love it if you could vote for my little blog in the "Fashion blog" category. I've never entered any awards like this before, but I've been writing it for a few years now so I thought, why not?
