Photo diary #15 | Whitby

This weekend, my lovely boy and I escaped for a few days. We headed up to Whitby, one of our favourite places in the whole world, and spent three lovely days holding hands, wandering around the Moors, taking too many photos and eating too much excellent food.

Here is our photo diary!

If you haven't been to Whitby before, imagine the classic British seaside town, with fish and chip shops galore, a long pier you can stroll down and plenty of arcades. We love it so much because despite it being a haven for touristss in high season, it still feels small, friendly, and Olde Worlde. There's the Abbey on top of the hill, and when the tide is out you can wander along the beach for miles and miles.

It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary (8 years!!), and I know we'll be back in a year or two!

  10. 8 years ace! It's actually mine and hollie's 8th year deal next week too so well done all our four of us. It's pretty good going for youngsters like us, I couldn't be happier.

Whitby looks lovely, it's a mix of a classic english seaside town and a load of history stuff. Would love to go.
